Service Availability

Premium Features & Subscriptions

Our auto-bump subscription and premium features are subject to these terms:

• Payment is required before feature activation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe portal
• Refunds are provided only as required by law
• Premium features and pricing may change with reasonable notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit. By posting projects on Vibe Code Cafe, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and in marketing materials.

Our Platform: The Vibe Code Cafe platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

Promotional Rights & License

By submitting a project to Vibe Code Cafe, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to promote your website and project. This promotional license specifically includes the right to:

• Feature your project on our social media channels (including but not limited to Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook)
• Promote your website or project through news outlets, blogs, and media platforms
• Include your project in newsletters, platform highlights, and promotional campaigns
• Use project screenshots, descriptions, and metadata for promotional purposes
• Share your project with partner channels and media outlets to increase exposure

Important Clarifications:

• You retain ownership: This is a promotional license only. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
• Limited scope: This license is strictly for promotional purposes to help drive traffic and visibility to your projects.
• Mutual benefit: Our promotional efforts are designed to increase exposure and attract visitors to your website or project.
• Public projects only: We only promote projects that you have publicly listed on our platform.

By using Vibe Code Cafe, you acknowledge that promotional exposure is a core benefit of the platform, and you consent to these promotional activities.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Code Cafe disclaims all warranties and is not liable for:

Account Termination
